The loyalty program
The loyalty program (“Loyalty Program”) is offered by Domaine les 2 Mondes, a limited liability company with capital of 22,000 euros, registered with the RCS of Clermont Ferrand under number 583 937 225, whose registered office is rue des fountains - La Garandie - 63970 AYDAT.
The Loyalty Program is set up for the benefit of customers of Establishment
The Loyalty Program is governed by these T&Cs.
Domaine les 2 Mondes is in charge of the loyalty of the Establishment's Customers.
The program allows Customers to accumulate points and benefit from the rewards described below, following their stays in the Establishment.
This Loyalty Program is exclusive of any other loyalty program, and therefore cannot be combined with the use of another loyalty program for any stay within the Establishment.
2.CG and Loyalty Program
2.1. Membership conditions
The Loyalty Program is open and free of charge for all individuals over the age of eighteen (18).
They must also have full legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Legal persons cannot register for the Loyalty Program.
If a Customer who does not comply with these conditions registers for the Loyalty Program, Domaine les 2 Mondes will be free to terminate the registration of this Customer, for non-compliance with the GTC, in accordance with the Article "End of the Loyalty Program". Loyalty”.
A Client can join the Program:
– by scanning the QR code above or by downloading the "WeThankyou" application
– via the means made available to the Customer within the Establishments. (QR code)
The Customer must read the T&Cs, and accept them, at the time of registration:
– On the application, a link to the GCS is indicated in the "news" section. The T&Cs are therefore deemed accepted as soon as the customer creates his loyalty account which gives him access to the link of the T&Cs.
Membership of the Loyalty Program is for an indefinite period.
When registering, the Customer must provide the following information, which must be factual and up-to-date:
– First name
– Full address
– Date of birth
The Customer must keep his information up to date throughout the duration of his registration in the Loyalty Program. Any error by the Customer in this regard, or failure to update the information, as well as their consequences, will be the responsibility of the Customer.
In the event that the account is not created and the application is uninstalled, the customer risks losing all of his points.
2.2.Modification of the CGs
Domaine les 2 Mondes is free to modify the GTC of the Loyalty Program at any time, in any way whatsoever.
The Customer will be notified by email or on the application, to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer must accept the modified T&Cs the next time they log in to their Personal Account.
Domaine les 2 Mondes is notably free to modify the methods of calculating points, and the rewards offered.
2.3. Personal account
The Customer will be responsible for choosing the username and password for his Personal Account, and for ensuring that they are sufficiently secure, in accordance with good security practices.
The Customer must make sure to keep the username and password of his Personal Account confidential.
Domaine les 2 Mondes will not be liable in the event of unauthorized access by a third party to the Personal Account, in the event of a brute force attack due to an insufficiently secure username or password. No compensation may be requested by the Customer in this respect.
Upon joining, the Customer receives a dematerialized card (the "Card") available on his Personal Account of the application in QR code
This Card has no time limit.
The Card is nominative and strictly personal. The Card can only be used by the Customer whose name appears on the Card. It cannot be sold, loaned or transferred.
Each Customer may only hold one Card per household.
The Customer will be responsible for printing the Card in readable paper format or being able to present it on any readable display medium (telephone or tablet). If the Customer cannot present his Card in a readable format when checking out of the Establishment, the points cannot be accumulated in his Personal Account.
It is not a means of payment and does not guarantee the reservation.
In the event of loss or theft of the Card (QR code), or loss of Personal Account identifiers, the Customer will be responsible for informing Domaine les 2 Mondes, which may, at its discretion, offer the Customer to issue a new Card linked to the Customer's Personal Account or reset the Personal Account identifiers. The Customer's points will not be lost.
Domaine les 2 Mondes will not be held liable in the event of loss or theft of the Card, and the consequences suffered by the Customer such as the fraudulent use of points by a third party.
3.Benefit from points
To collect Loyalty Program points, the Customer must present their Card when checking out of the Establishment.
Otherwise, the points cannot be credited to the Customer's Personal Account and will be irretrievably lost. No complaint will be accepted in this respect, which the Customer accepts.
If the Customer has presented his Card when checking out of the Establishment, and if the points have not been credited to the Customer's Personal Account following this presentation and within the period provided for in the GC, the Customer may contact Domaine les 2 Mondes for this purpose, as indicated in the “Contact” Article of the GC.

The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the point calculation.
3.1 Referral Program
Customer can refer unlimited friends or family.
The godfather will earn 5% on the point accumulation of his godchildren in unlimited.
The referral will earn 100 points when registering at once.
it is forbidden to sponsor a member of the same household (The husband cannot sponsor his wife and come together to accumulate more points.)
In the event of fraud, the account will be closed and the points reset to Zero.
Abusive or fraudulent use of accumulated points, false registration information, or inappropriate behavior vis-à-vis the staff of the Establishment or the Loyalty Program manager may result in the implementation of the Article "End of Loyalty Program” by Domaine les 2 Mondes.
5. Accumulation of points
The Customer can ask to accumulate points on his Personal Account when he makes a paid stay in the establishment.
The reservation must be, cumulatively:
– Eligible for the Loyalty Program,
– Reserved in the name of the Client,
– Performed by the Customer, in person.
Points earned on a Customer's Personal Account cannot be transferred to another Customer's Personal Account.
The points accumulated cannot be used as a means of payment and therefore have no monetary value. They cannot be transformed into money, or returned in the form of money.
6. Eligible reservations
The following reservations are eligible for the Loyalty Program:
– Direct reservations via the official website of the Establishment, www.domaineles2mondes.fr
– Direct reservations made by phone or email,
Failing this, no points will be accumulated by the Customer.
6.1 Reservations excluded
The following reservations are expressly excluded from the Loyalty Program:
– Reservations made with a reseller, tour operator or online travel agency (e.g. Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.).
– Reservations made as part of a group reservation where the Customer does not pay for their room directly.
– Reservations of more than 15 consecutive nights
– Certain promotional rates, for which the Customer will be informed in advance.
6.2. Expenses excluded from earning points
Certain expenses within the Establishment are expressly excluded from the Loyalty Program:
– Tourist taxes.
6.3. Calculation of points
Points are accumulated as follows, for all reservations eligible for the Loyalty Program:
– €1 including tax eligible spent = 1 point
These methods of calculating points can be modified at any time by Domaine les 2 Mondes, without the Customer being able to object.
In case of expenditure of an amount in euros including cents, a rounding down will be carried out. No rounding up will be done.
In the event of cancellation or refund (of all or part) of an eligible reservation, no points will be accumulated for the Customer's canceled or refunded expenditure.
The points appear on the Customer's Personal Account no later than seven (7) days from the date of presentation of the Card to the Establishment by the Customer.
The Customer can consult his points balance on his Personal Account.
Domaine les 2 Mondes is free to reset the balance of points to zero at the end of each calendar year.
In this case, once the calendar year is over, the points accumulated during this calendar year will be definitively lost if they are not used by the Customer to obtain a reward, before the end of the calendar year, without the Domain having both Mondes does not engage its responsibility or must compensate the Customer, in any way whatsoever.
6.4 Accumulation of points and rewards and types of rewards
The rewards are as follows:

- 600 = -20% discount on the stay
- 700 = 1 Table d'hôte for 2 FREE
- 800 = 1 FREE 1 hour body massage
- 900 = 2 body massages 1h FREE
-1,500 = 1 Night Lodge spa + FREE breakfast
-2,500 = 2 Nights Lodge spa + FREE breakfast
These rewards can be modified at any time by Domaine les 2 Mondes, without the Customer being able to object.
The Customer is free to choose the reward he wishes to claim.
They may in particular be subject to third-party conditions beyond the control of Domaine les 2 Mondes, or limited in time, which the Customer accepts.
7. Claim your reward
In order to claim his reward, the Customer must have accumulated a sufficient number of points to access the different levels of rewards.
He can use his reward during a future stay.
The points corresponding to the reward will be debited from the Customer's Personal Account.
8. End of the Loyalty Program
In the event of non-compliance with one of the obligations of the GTC by the Customer, Domaine les 2 Mondes will be free, immediately and unilaterally, without notice, without compensation and without incurring its liability, to:
– Suspend the Customer's registration in the Loyalty Program,
– Terminate the Customer's registration in the Loyalty Program,
– Delete the points accumulated by the Customer under the Loyalty Program,
– Put the Customer on a blacklist, to prohibit any future re-registration of the Customer to the Loyalty Program.
In the absence of use of the Loyalty Program by the Customer for a period of one (1) year, Domaine les 2 Mondes may unilaterally terminate the Customer's membership of the Loyalty Program, without notice, without compensation and without incurring liability.
The Customer will also be free to unsubscribe from the Loyalty Program at any time, via the tool for this purpose within his Personal Account, or by contacting Domaine les 2 Mondes at the address appearing in the GC.
Domaine les 2 Mondes will also be free to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, unilaterally, and without compensation, without incurring its liability. In this case, a notice of three (3) months will be indicated to the Customer by email, who must then use his points before the end of the notice. Otherwise, these will be irretrievably lost on the end date of the Loyalty Program.
In the event of the end of the Customer's registration in the Loyalty Program, or the end of the Loyalty Program, for any reason whatsoever, all the points accumulated by the Customer will be irretrievably lost, from the date of the end of registration. The Customer will not be able to recover the points not used prior to this date, in any way whatsoever, nor request any compensation.
9. Personal Data
As part of these T&Cs and the Loyalty Program, personal data relating to the Customer may be collected by Domaine les 2 Mondes and subject to automatic processing.
Domaine les 2 Mondes undertakes to comply with its obligations under the applicable legislation regarding personal data.
